The Church of the Virgin Mary
The Church of the Virgin Mary is located at the very centre of Novalja and it was built in 16th century. Portrait of The Virgin Mary of Ružarij is kept in the church an it is greatly respected because the legend says that the image of the Virgin Mary cried in 1534.
The island of Pag is well known for its delicious dishes so one should definitely try delicious sheep-milk cheese, mutton, prosciutto, garden sage honey and fish.
